Urban Flooring was regularly out-performing and out-pacing other finish trades and found itself having to pull men off projects to let other trades get well ahead. This created scheduling conflicts and jeopardized meeting completion deadlines. This lead to Urban Flooring being offered project management fees in an attempt to better control the process. Frank Urban, however, was not willing to attempt to try and convince someone else’s company that fails to meet PIP deadlines is never an option.
Over a span of 4 years, Urban Flooring began to build a team of wall vinyl installers, furniture movers, electricians, plumbers, and painters that could handle nearly every aspect of a Property Improvement Plan. Urban Flooring Systems have successfully completed over $10 million in hotel renovations since 2014.
